The new IQ Abacus® operator will undergo two weeks of intensive training, covering all aspects of the IQ Abacus® franchise business including, but not limited to, product and curriculum knowledge, classroom operation and training, customer service, accounting, advertising, and hiring recommendations. In addition, there are ongoing training opportunities to support the entire tenure of your operations.

IQ Abacus' founder, Rueyin Chiou, is a hands-on operator who knows the industry, and will reach out past her corporate store to give all the franchisees whatever support they need.
